Hi Lory! I was very excited to find your Word Family activities and I paid for and downloaded 4 of them: The AKE family, the ET family, the ACK family and the IN family. They looked like great activities. However, when I downloaded them, I was very disappointed to find that several of the words were just big black blobs where letters should be. These are not usable. Is there a way you could email them to me or refund the money I spent on these forms that I can't use? Thanks! Paula Pokorny

Hi Paula... I'm sorry you've had trouble with the files...however, I believe it's an easy fix. Tpt states that if this happens you probably just have to update your Adobe. Also, it you are using a Mac to make sure that you are not in preview. Let me know if that doesn't help ;)
