This hundreds chart incorporates the value of coins and can be used as a tool in adding money. This is very helpful for students that have difficulty remembering the value of coins, counting on, and adding coins of different values together. I have found this to be very effective with students in special education as well as RTII, because they are able to visualize the value of the coins (i.e.: 3 quarters on the hundreds chart is on the number 75).
