Looking for something unique to do to celebrate the 100th day of school? Here's the thing! By the end your students will be shouting, "We Survived the First 100 Days of School!!" Thank you for your purchase! Do you have a Mac, by chance? Do you have the latest version of Adobe Reader? Also, is there any way that you can print out of of the pages that are blurry, to see if it prints out that way?
This is the message we give to our customers who are having trouble, can you see if it helps in any way?
Newer PDFs can't be seen properly with Preview. To fix this, you need to download the latest version of Adobe Reader (Adobe Reader X) and use that to open it (a Mac will automatically open it with Preview if you don't say otherwise). So, in your Finder Window, highlight the file and then click on the tool in the top of the Finder Window that looks like a sprocket then choose Open With and then Other and then select Adobe Reader.

I found your email, sorry, I looked in my in box and missed it here. When I go to my finder menu files do not appear, just preferences, etc... I do have the newest version of adobe. any other ideas?

I am struggling to figure out how to help you because I am not familiar with the messages that you are getting on your computer. From this message, it sounds like the file was not saved to your computer. Can you try to log back on to TpT, go to your purchases, open the file, save it to your computer, and seeing if that works? If not, is there any way that you can open up the file with another computer (possibly at school?) and see if that clarifies the blurry images?

I sent out an email a few days ago about 100th day of school-survivor and have not received a response. I am hoping to get a copy that is not blurry and smeared out. Only 3 of the pages I bought are readable. You may be on vacation, but please email me back as soon as you can. I will wait another day to give feedback.
