Do you have a Promethean Board or SMARTboard? This was created using ActivInspire which is the software for ActivBoards. It will work with SMART but you have to download ActivInspire software for free... I'll put the link on the bottom of this message just in case that is the problem. I have never done this personally since I do not have a SMARTboard but I do have several people buy things from me for SmartBoards and other types of interactive whiteboards. If you do have a Promethean/ActivBoard send me your email and I can email it directly to you and see if that helps.
