These are two days that your kids will not complain that they have a sub!!!!!!!!!!!
This is for a 45 minute ELA class each day-four pages (2 pages per day). When I came up with this original idea for an emergency lesson plan, the beauty of it was that it would really need few supplies or items in order to make it effective for a substitute! The age range is so wide because you could modify the idea in any way. Many teachers at my school use my same lesson plan idea, but change the song lyrics as I have given each grade different lyrics. The 6th, 7th and 8th grade teachers all share the same common emergency plans. It is easier on substitutes and the kids become so involved in it that the subs say they don't want to quit. Don't knock it 'til ya try it. :) Mary

I wish there were a better description of this activity. The first activity is almost identical to one I have already done. The second will be useful, but need to be changed a bit to accommodate my classroom.

"Plan' is only 4 pages and contains only one activity per day - realistically it is a long way from being a day's worth of material. Age range is too wide and this item is overpriced for what it is - would be OK as a freebie.

Happy New Year! I am so very sorry that you feel that way about this lesson plan. The idea is that it is only for a 45 minute ELA class each day. I have used this before and it is very effective. I apologize that it is not what you were looking for, but I do stand behind the idea being my own original idea and that is what you were paying $1.99 for. As for the age range being too wide, the idea was that you could modify the idea in any way. It was called a 2 day lesson plan and perhaps I can revamp the description. Thank you for your feedback and I will do what I can to make it a more pleasant purchase for the next customer.
