Unfortunately I was unable to open this product - completely my fault. We have teamboards at school not smartboards. Was so looking forward to it and I sure it is a fantastic product.

I am disappointed that most of the pages are set up for 20 students. Really? I have 23 students. Don't most teachers have more than 20 students? Since I am new to using a Smartboard, let me know if there is a way to add more icons to the pages. Thanks!

Adding new students is very easy. Just click on one of the icons for that month, use the pull down menu to "copy" and then "paste" another one, or in your case 3 more. Hope that helps!

Hi there. The files themselves need to be opened with the Smart Notebook software but they would work with a promethean board, just the same way anything else would. I'm almost positive you can download the software free from the SMART site :)

I am a first grade teacher. I love these pages very much. I have tried to do my own before and have been unsuccessful. Would you be willing to share how you made these. What programs you used etc... I also have been wanting to make my own tub labels like the owns on here but again and unsucessful if you know what programs people are using for that.

I use the Smart Notebook software to make the Smartboard files. I know some people also use PowerPoint or the Promethean software.
For labels and everything else, I uses the program Pages on my Mac. Lots of other sellers use Word or even Power Point for that too :)

I jut purchased the attendance flip charts for my Promethan Board but I did not realize that you can't use them on the PB. Is there something I can do to make them work? If not, I regretably must ask for a refund :(

I do believe you can use them with a Promethean board, but you would need the Smart Notebook software running on your computer. If that's not an option, unfortunately I don't believe you'll be able to use them :(

I have another question. So far I made up two pages for attendance with my students names. What I am finding is I have to delete all the other pages and then rename the file ex. dolphins or football and then start another page with my copy of the whole download again. Is there an easier way?

You really shouldn't have to do that. You should be able to just click on the page you want to work on, make the changes and then save the whole file again. Your changes should stay - unless I'm not understanding the question...

I bought your attendance files and changed the names on the football page 11 to my student names, but when I drag the football down to the field the name stays behind... What did I do wrong?

You have to hold down the shift key and highlight both the name and the football. Then choose the pulldown menu to "group" the two objects together.

I would love to purchase your Attendance "flipchart" for the SMARTboard to use however I have Promethean Software instead of a SMARTboard (if I understand correctly, similar concept but different software?? so I can't open SMARTboard files). Is it possible to sell it in another format so you don't have to have that specific software. I'm technically challenged so I apologize if this is a crazy question.

If your husband has the real notebook software, send the files to him and open/fix them on his computer, save & send them back to yourself. That should work! I am unable to change the names with the Notebook Viewer. Will you please add the names for me? I'm checking into whether I can actually purchase the Smart Notebook software without owning a smartboard. I have an interwrite board rather than a Smartboard. Do you know if I will be able to change the names without a Smartboard. I have the Notebook viewer software.

I'm not entirely sure. I don't have any experience with the interwrite board. If you have the actual Notebook software, you shouldn't have a problem though. If it doesn't work, I can certainly put the names in for you, or change all of them to numbers. I'm going to have to do some research on the interwrite.
