They can really write the word wherever they want. Most kids will naturally start at the first one and go all the way across before moving onto the next one. When my kids do it, it really doesn't matter as long as they re writing their CVC words!

Hi there, Great activities. However, I think I found a couple of errors that might need some fixing. One is tiny - on pg. 48 I think it should say 'in' instead of 'it' in the directions. On pg. 9, I think the template didn't get changed so that there are two cards with 6's, 7's, and 8's. I'm thinking the numbers should be 10, 11, 12. Can you tell I got straight to work on next week's stations once you posted this? :)
