LESSON#2: EMOTION/FEELING
“Acting out Emotions”
Purpose: To focus on the expression of EMOTION/FEELING
through facial expression, body language and gestures.

Method:
Slips of paper identify emotions, such as the following:
a) pride/big shot/winner
b) sadness, sorrow
c) hurt, disappointment
d) happy….really happy, excited
e) frustrated/ “can’t do it!”
f) worried
g) surprised
h) scared/terrified
i) guilty/did wrong
j) shy/nervous
Ask for volunteers to perform. Other students raise hand to guess the emotion.
