This is a mini-project I have used with students from Grade 4 through to Grade 6 (great for those struggling with the concept of 3D shapes!). The kids have to explore the relationship between 2D and 3D shapes, identify the attributes of a given shape and create a presentation sharing their knowledge. A great task for independent work - can be completed in class or as a homework activity. If you're looking for an extension, ask children to find the angles of the shapes they're exploring.

I saw your store on the home page of Teachers Pay Teachers; so, I thought I would look at your freebie. I left you a rating. Well done! Since you do not have many products yet, here are a few suggestions that might help you to better market your products.
Add a cover page for each of your products which can then be used as an attractive thumbnail to entice buyers. You might also add a second page which is a directions or suggestions page for the teacher. (How do use this? How do you grade them? Etc.) List several ways you use this product in your classroom. Never assume that a buyer knows how, why, or when to use your product.
Use the footer to put the copyright symbol, your name and date of creation on EVERY page. Items, especially free ones, have been "stolen" from TPT and posted on other sites to be sold. You have to protect all of your creations. Also number your pages.
I think it is important that we see what others are doing; so, feel free to look at any or all of my freebies listed below to help you gather ideas. If you care to, I'd love to have your feedback.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
Over the past 8 years, I've taught in both Catholic and government primary schools, ranging from grade 3 to grade 6. I've also spent some time working with young Korean students at an English language school, and did some CRT work in a number of different schools. As well as being a generalist classroom teacher, I spent two years teaching PE part time. The past three years have been spent in a team-teaching situation, working with a variety of students including many PSD/integrated students and ESL/New Arrivals.
