If you are looking for pirate-themed math centers, this is the packet for you. In this packet, I have included:
*Gold Coins Counting (skip-counting by 1s, 2s, 5s & 10s) Print, laminate and cut out the gold coin skip-counting cards and coins. Students will identify the skip-counting pattern for each card and choose the coins labeled with the correct numbers to fill in the blank spaces. They will then record their answers on the recording sheet.
*Matching Sets & Tally Marks (representing groups of objects with tally marks) I have included cards programmed with groups of pirate objects, along with matching tally mark cards. Students can match the correct tally cards with the number of objects in the picture cards. Or, students can count the number of objects and draw the correct tally marks in the blanks on the recording sheet.
*Greater Than or Less Than? (comparing numbers) Students will choose 2 cards and then use the spinner (with a pencil and paper clip) to determine if they will make a greater than or less than sentence. They will then place the 2 cards on the correct game mat and record their sentence. I have included the numbers 1-120 to allow you to choose which numbers you would like to use based on the level of your students.
*Pirate Place Value Match (matching numbers with base ten blocks) Students will identify the number shown with base ten blocks and find the matching number card. They will then record their answers.
*Pirate Surveys (collecting & analyzing data) Students will ask 12 classmates the question at the top of the survey. They will record the student's answers (as tally marks), show the totals as a bar graph, and write about their data.

Top notch! I think I used one of your other pirate theme activities for a write the room. I made an adaptation with it. This has many possibilities and I thank you! :)
