These posters teach students about the 6 Traits of Writing by breaking down the meaning of each trait, using helpful acronyms and pictures. For example, writing that displays good Ideas & Content is usually FIDO - Focused, Interesting, Detailed, and Original. The posters are a great resource to remind students of what they know about great writing and how to apply that knowledge to their daily writing tasks. They could also be used as quick reference guides in students' notes. Additionally, these posters are a good complement to my 6 Traits of Writing PowerPoint and Cloze notes, as they use the same acronyms.
Please note that for some reason, although the thumbnails don't show that there is bottom line on each page, there is! I'm not sure why it's not cooperating!
I love these 6 trait posters. I had them enlarged to an 11x17 poster and have them on my wall. The layout of the posters are easy to read with just enough color. Thanks

Thanks for your correspondence. I just tried downloading them myself, and the looked normal for me. I wonder if we have incompatible versions of Word. If you will give me your e-mail address, I'll convert them to a PDF and e-mail them to you this afternoon. Hopefully, that will solve the problem.
