Happy Thanksgiving! One of the most inmportant stories that students will reflect on during the month of November is that of the Pilgrims in 1620. With this writing activity, the students will reflect on the life and times of children during the 1620's through the use of circle maps, tree maps and anchor charts. Students will then use this information as way to share their thoughts in a written, published peice of writing. The children enjoy it every year and it makes for a wonderful holiday keepsake for the family!
