I'm sorry about that! Other buyers have said the same thing and for sone reason if you dowload it on a Dell or a computer other than a Mac it works and the words are clear. Try downloading it on a Dell or Hp if possible!

Hi Sarah, I downloaded this product and the font is just a black blur? Any ideas what I can do to fix that? Or maybe its a common problem?
Others have said that that happened to them as well. People are having that issue when trying to download on a Mac. Do you have a Dell or a different computer to download it on? That seems to be fixing the issue! I'm so sorry about that...I don't really know why it happens!
I did just download the latest version of adobe reader, but the words are still blacked out. I have a MacBook Air. Let me know if there is any way to get the words to print. The pictures are fine, it's just the words.
I just saw a note on another seller's product about downloading issues. She recommended downloading the latest version of Adobe Reader. If you already have the latest version I will be more than happy to email you:) thank you for including your email address!

Is there a way to get the words that go along with the pictures?
Oh no! I'm so sorry about that:( I'm not very good at tech-y stuff but would you like me to send you the words that correspond with the pictures?

Your story looks very cute but I'm so sad that I'm not able to see it. I downloaded the file but there are no words on the pages and some of the pictures are not shown clearly. If it makes any difference, I have a mac.
