So sorry you are having trouble! You should been able to access this immediately after purchasing. It will be listed under "My Purchases" on the TPT homepage. This was created using ActivInspire which is the software for ActivBoards and not SmartBoard (which may be what you have)...however you can download ActivInspire software for free... I'll put the link on the bottom of this message. If you can't get it to work correctly just email me at kellyyoungteacher@yahoo.com and I can send you the Powerpoint version to use instead. You also have the option of going to TPT home page and clicking on "Contact Us" at bottom of the page & let them know you made a mistake and request a refund. I've sent an email and here's my personal email (briedy7@gmail.com) I purchased this wonderful product but it won't open in smart notebook for my smart board. Is there an easy way to open it for my smart board? I would be willing to settle for an exchange of your power point version if that's possible. I'd really like to have this wonderful activity in time for my open house. It really is a a beautifully designed presentation!!!

I've sent you a message just a few minutes ago. I noticed that others had trouble opening the activity. Is there a way to open this for a SMART Board? If not, would you please send me the power point version. Maybe I can copy and paste it to fit? I've never heard of the ActivBoard. I haven't been able to locate the free download?

This was created using ActivInspire which is the software for ActivBoards and however you can download ActivInspire software for free... I'll put the link on the bottom of this message. I have never done this personally but have several people buy things from me for SmartBoards and other types of interactive whiteboards. Hi there! It actually is a template. All of the text is editable. The only thing that can not be changed are the graphics. If you find it it will not work for you just let me know and I'll see what I can do to fix it:)
