Use this form to give students when they are absent from class. I fill it out and staple all work to the back of the form. Then I hang it on my whiteboard for students to pick up as soon as they walk in the classroom. I have made these in duplicate form in previous years to keep record of work I have assigned to help combat the 'I didn't know this was due' from students. :)
