Students get to learn more about sports, espeically popular ones outside the U.S. There are multiple vocabulary activities, readings, word find, fill-in charts, picture graphics, and interactive activities to help them master this concept.

•Go to Results by country, click MORE, bring up list and total of medals to fill in the one chart and answer questions. As for the other chart, go to Ask.com and type in each athlete's name and Beijing 2008 Olympics, and wait for it to bring up short biographies on each athlete.
