This center can help students identify and sort adverbs. The center includes 4 pages: title page, directions, headings (how, when, there), 13 adverb cards, and a recording sheet. Students will even create their own sentences using adverbs from the center.

Adverbs are hard for students to understand - this is a great resource to help reinforce this concept. I'm using it as a Daily 5 Word Work station AFTER playing it whole group with the class.

I used this download as an "assessment" to see if my fourth grade students understand adverbs immediately following a lesson on the subject. I feel it really helped them to think about adverbs in a creative way. My only suggestion would be to provide an answer sheet that would allow students to check themselves when they are finished. I am able to make this, but it would have been even nicer if it was provided. Great job though. :)

Hi Pam! Thanks for purchasing the activity! Sorry you're experiencing some issues. What you're experiencing is actually an easy fix. And yes - it's all about the Mac! Here's what the TpT download/purchases page says:
"If you purchased a PDF and it is after you open it, solve it this way: on a MAC or PC, install the latest version of ADOBE READER. Then, open the file with ADOBE READER. That's it. On a MAC, make sure to "Open With" ADOBE READER and NOT Preview. If it's still blurry, that's because you are still opening it with Preview!"
I had the same issue when I first got my Mac, but followed these steps. Problem solved! Hope this helps you. Let me know if it doesn't and I'll be glad to assist you further. :)
