This test is 40 questions, open response. There is an answer sheet and answer key included. The topics covered are from Algebra 2 by Prentice Hall chapters 5.4-5.6. Concepts include factoring quadratics, solving quadratic equations by factoring or taking square roots, simplifying square roots with negatice radicands, operations on complex numbers and absolute value of complex numbers.

I am in my sixth year of teaching. My certification is in Math grades 7-12. I began teaching in an IB/Magnet High School in Rochester, NY where I taught Precalculus, Computer Programming, and Math A. After 2 successful years, my family moved to Florida where we could enjoy the sunshine year round. For the past 4 years, I have been teaching in a suburban High School in Florida. In addition to teaching Geometry, Algebra, and AP Calculus AB, I co-chair the math department. I am currently working on my National Board Certification.
