This product allows students to complete a 30 item sort on missing variables and 2-step operations. This includes a lesson plan and the actual sort worksheet, as well as an optional task card format. The algebra task cards would make a great work station or center activity. This product is aligned with the Common Core Standards (CCS) and can be used to allow students to balance equations and practice finding the missing number.
