What programs do you use to make your items?

I am looking to get started with making some materials for my own classroom and also some for multiple grade levels as I am a teacher in training.

I am just curious to discover how all of these neat graphics are done.

Thanks :)

Hi!
Thanks so much for stopping by! I create all of my resources in Microsoft Powerpoint and then save them as a pdf to preserve the formatting. I buy the graphics (clip art, borders, and backgrounds) and fonts from artists here on Tpt, Scrappin Doodles, KPM Doodles. There are also free graphics on Mycutegraphics.com that you might want to check out.

Here is a link to a Youtube video that explains some of the basics of creating teaching resources with Powerpoint:

Hope that helps you get started! Best of luck :)

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am grateful for the opportunity to spend my days teaching first graders! This will be my sixth year teaching - all of which I have spent in the primary grades. Kindergarten was my home for years and remains a passion of mine.
