This file contains 26 pages with 2 letter activities on each. I created the pages to use as an activity for my Reading First based centers. The top of each page has an area for children to use stamps and put in the letters of the alphabet or even picture stamps for the letter sound. (Lakeshore has a set that I have used with this paper.) You could also change the directions and let your children cut out magazine pictures to match the sounds.
At the bottom of the pages is a section for the kids to look at the given pictures and circle ones that start with the given sound. They were a great consistent Kindergarten center that focused on Phonemic Awareness.

Help

I have been teaching for going on 13 years now. I have spent most of that time teaching first graders. I recently moved to Kindergarten & I love it! I am a very silly and creative person. I always want to do great things in my classroom. I love to find ways to create shortcuts that save me $ and time in the classroom. Most of my items were created for that reason. I either got tired of getting ripped off at the teacher's store or they just didn't have what I was looking for! I hope that you see something that might make your day easier or save you some coin!
