Get ready for President's Day or Election Year with this glyph and writing activity by Glyph Girls! This makes a spectacular bulletin board and integrates writing, art, and math. Students respond to the writing prompt, "If I Were President."

Project includes:
Glyph Survey
2 Page Glyph Key
3 Versions of the Writing Template (Regular, Primary, and Early Primary)
1 Data Sheet for Math
Glyph Patterns
Detailed Instructions and Photos

This ones easy enough for kindergarten but the writing option makes it perfect for all elementary grades! Short on time? -- just make the flag and leave out the writing.

Help!! I noticed today when I ran the curvy lines for the glyph, that the lines don't go all the way to the edge. Was this a problem for you?? Were your students able to follow the line and make it to the end? Am I making sense?? Please advise. Thanks so much! Looking forward to using this project! :)
