This is a valuable tool for any teacher with American Indian students in their classroom. Actual cultural examples are given, as well as, language transfer issues. I have used this powerpoint to train other teachers. Topics covered include correcting errors, student silence, wait time, syntax, semantics including right to left constructions, pragmatics, question asking, spelling errors, principles of story telling, writing, and children's stories.
