Hi Magi! I'm sorry you are having problems! I am in the process of having my files transferred from one computer to the other. It may take me a couple of days, but I will send you another copy! Meanwhile, try checking with TpT and see what they say about the problem.
Thank you for your purchase!
Kimberly :)

I am not able to print the text with this. It just comes out black blurs. I do have the latest version of Adobe reader. Could you email me a copy? dudley_nancy@svvsd.org

I've tried to print the emergent reader from your unit several times, and the text won't print. The only thing that shows up is the clip art. I also tried to print the facts pages on each of the symbols, and all that printed out were some black bars and the clip art at the end. Since I've already paid for the unit, is there anyway you could e-mail me a copy that would print properly? My address is meggan.akins@yahoo.com Thank you!

Certainly! I am so sorry you are having a problem. Before you reprint, be sure you are using version X of Adobe Reader. :)
