This is a test for the novel, Among the Hidden, by Margaret Peterson Haddix. This novel is the first one in the Shadow Children series, and is appropriate for grades 4-8. This test includes 28 multiple choice answers and an answer key and three short essay questions with sample answers. The questions are very in depth and make sure the students were reading actively and thinking about what they were reading. This test was created by Katie McNair. You may change this test to suit your needs, but please remember to credit me as author. No sales of this test permitted.

does this test have a snswer sheet?

If you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the test, you'll see the questions repeated, and those questions have the answered are highlighted. Hope this helps!

I have been teaching in the public school system for 5 years, and I taught computer classes at the public library for 3 years before that. I teach 6th grade language arts, but I am certified to teach English/Language Arts 6-12, anything academic subject 5-9, and have the ESOL and Gifted endorsement.
