I've had great results with this project over the years. Students have fun designing thier own Egyptian Mummy Case while learning about them at the same time. This product contains one sheet designed as a student instruction handout sheet (2 per page to conserve paper), and one sheet the contains teacher notes and supplies needed.

Does this make a project that is flat or 3D?

Hi. The end product is flat, usually about 11" long. I actually use white card stock for the finished versions. You could up-size it a little (15" maybe), and do a more 3D version by backing the finished version with another piece of paper (hot glue or staple), leave a gap, stuff with newsprint - sort of like you would make a pillow. If you have paper on the roll - up-size it to life size!
