Help
This worksheet is a form for students to fill out while using the internet to find information about an animal. The information can then be used to write a report about the given animal.
This file contains two pages. The first page describes the intent of the worksheet and provides four websites for students to find information. The second page is the actual worksheet for students to complete.
This is a rather simple form, but I know exactly how I will use it! I already do a "research an animal" to get the kids used to do research, but I haven't had a form for them. This form will give them an outline to follow, to help them narrow down their info. Thanks!

I have been a teacher for more than 20 years. During this time, I taught math and computers at the junior high level and computers at the elementary level.
