The fable of the wolf and the goose trying to cross the river, translated into simple Latin appropriate for Latin I or II. Practices the use of the future tense, focus on the 3rd, 3rd io, and 4th conjugations. One page, vocabulary included. It generally takes my Latin students a single 42-minute period to translate this story and complete the verb activity at the end. Myth adapted and translated by Sara Sprunk.
