Apples Lets Make a Book Easy Reader Packet

3 full color booklets are included in this packet Apple Tree Seasons, An Apple Grows, and An Apples Trip to Your Home. Students illustrate the pages of these books using Easy, step by step directions. In Apple Tree Seasons, students illustrate the seasons of an apple tree. Apple Tree Seasons is written in a poem format beginning with the season of winter. An Apple Grows takes students through the life cycle of the apple tree. It begins with a seed and ends with harvest. Students label the needs of a tree, which are sun and rain. They also label the parts of the tree that are trunk, branches, roots, and leaves. An Apples Trip to Your Home begins with an apples life in the orchard. The steps included are orchard, harvest, truck, market, your house, and apple product. A recipe for homemade applesauce and Easy Apple Pie is included. There are also real life sequencing cards for all 3 books contained in this packet that depict pictures of what students will be drawing. An extended activity/craft to use to show the life cycle of the apple tree and a science activity to demonstrate how bees help pollinate apple blossoms are contained within this packet, too!
