I love this unit! We are studying Polar Bears next week and in getting materials ready, I noticed that the labeled polar bear has labels for beak and feet instead of claws and fur. Could you please fix that? I love the new word walls for the animals! Also love the Tooth Trouble comprehension stuff!

Penguins are not part of Arctic Animals. This is very disappointing. I can not even use the resources, including the poem. Plus I teach it separately. I do a penguin unit and for Grade 2 we do Arctic animals. This resource was not worth the money.

I am so sad that you chose to rate me less than a 4.0 because I included Peguins in this unit. The description of this item specifically states this. I made it no secret that penguins are included. I always teach my students where penguins and polar bears live- at opposite end of the world.

Why do you have penguins with Arctic Animals? Penguins live in the Antarctica. I could not use this resource. I am very disappointed. I understand that you teach your students where penguins live. But I just wanted Arctic Animals. The rating I gave for this resource - fits because it is on no use to me. I will not buy anything from you again.

I am so sorry you feel this way. I was deeply hurt by your poor rating. My intent was never to deceive a buyer nor give you a product you can not use. I never hid the fact that penguins were in this unit. Everything that was in this unit is in the product description and preview download, including penguins. I even added an additional clause to the TOP to help others who are deciding to purchase this unit. I created it last year and added TONS to it, including penguins. ALL the other terms, besides the title of the unit state WINTER ANIMALS. If I change the file name, it changes the links other have to this product and can cause problems allowing others to redownload the changes and such for free... which is what I want them to do. I can't take that ability away from those who have bought it. I do not think that is fair. I wish you would have email me privately, as I asked in the last page of the file so I could make this right for you. I would happy edit whatever I can to make this of use to you, including taking away all references to penguins. I would even give you another unit you feel you could use. I respect the fact that you spent your own money on this unit for your classroom. I hope I am given a chance to make this right with you, as I have always wanted and intended to do. I do not have a way to communicate with you if you do not email me. I am certain this has been on your heart for a very long time, so please email me at maryamoson@gmail.com with a way I can help make this right for you.
