Are you a Type A or Type B Personality Type?

This is a valid, self-scored assessment depicting the personality "type" (i.e., Type A or Type B) of an individual. With a scoring instrument attached. I have also two additional documents that can be used as slides, handouts, or transparencies of trait specific characteristics. This assessment can be applied across the curriculum, and setting.
This assessment can be given as an assignment, and the scoring completed in class., or as a mini lesson. Follow up with the type specific characteristics. The scientific evidence concludes in there being a linking of personality factors to coronary heart disease, and the "Type" that is more prone to developing lifelong diseases.
This self-scored assessment can be used in any educational or career settings, as introspection can help one improve upon individual types. I have used this assessment and my students were amazed that they fit the type criteria, especially since Type A's are so ambitious and respected in America.
