Assignment Slip - 2 per page (will easily work with topics other than math -- no math references)
This is a blank template for student groups of up to five to use as they review homework assignments to indicate questions they have for each other, and ultimately, which questions are unresolved to give to the teacher.
This is a quick, easy, communication tool to implement to help maximize productive use of time by the teacher in reviewing and assisting with the most important questions/topics.
I used to use scrap sheets of paper, but found this template easier to use and explain to the students.
I hope you find it useful. If so, please consider reviewing it.
Please check out our other products, most of which contain a handout (lesson), 2 worksheets, and 2 answer keys, all for a very low price.
Thanks very much for your interest! :-)
