I know that you can make "fill-in-able" worksheets, but I haven't. I have the students in a lab setting and have them complete the worksheets as they look at the webpages. I am trying to get students to focus on how to find appropriate information on the internet and have a limited amount of time (30-60 minutes) for them to complete the worksheets that I make. Young students do not have the typing skills to type the answers to the questions quickly enough. Also, they may have difficulty flipping back and forth between a website and a "fill-in-able" worksheet. They may have a tendency to "X" out and lose all their work. Also, this feature might encourage "cut and paste" answers. Mary
Hello Mary,
I teach Computers to students in grades k-5. I really enjoyed the KIDPIX activities.
I would like to know if you have done something for grades 3-5 and if so what? I would also like to know if your work is copyrighted? I saw something about copyrighting on this site before, but dont recall where it is. Also, do you have additional formatting activities for grades 2-3. Last, I like the pdf documents vs putting them in WORD, if you could, please tell me how to go about doing that.
Susan
I am working on more Kid Pix projects. I should be done soon. Yes, I have copyrights on my items. If you use Office 2007, you can download a free add-on to save files in a pdf format. Mary
PS. I'm also working on Publisher projects!
I think you have a compatibility problem. Do you have Office 2007? I made the Study Guide with this version (which allows you to edit the equations) but could not upload it to TPT so I changed it to Office 2003. I can send you the 2007 version or try to convert to one that you have...

Hi Mary,
I purchased your Algebra Study Guide (and a few others). On page 2 of the notes, the Percent Problems and Test Taking Tips do not show up on my screen in Word. It prints, but I can't see it on my screen. I've tried it on Word 2004 on my Mac and Word 2000 on my PC. I need to see it because I need to move Slope and Slope Intercept Form down to the next page. Since I can't see this part, I can't edit it. Thanks.
