This form was designed for use with
automated classroom document portfolio systems
or for normal paper files.

Writing samples are placed in the sheet feeder
and the student writing papers are digitized,
sorted and available for other school support
and administrators to review and provide
feedback to the classroom teacher.

Also, the forms are designed so that the
system can automatically remove student
names and other information to allow for
external use in professional educational
presentations, such as university classes.
