This interesting research project allows students to choose a health/disease topic of their choice, research it, create MLA citations, design a brochure, and give an oral presentation using the brochure as a visual aide. The entire project is explained in 6 steps (you can assign due dates for each step separately if you like). The directions include examples of MLA citations. Also included is a grading rubric out of 100 points for fast and easy grading!

I have been working in education since 1995. I have taught everything from post-secondary vocational education, to two year olds with autism. I firmly believe that the only way to stay fresh and sane is to work smarter, not harder! The students should be working hard, not the teachers.
