This Spanish Jeopardy Game is great to use as a review of the Present, Preterite, Imperfect, and Future Verb Tenses as well as common vocabulary words en espanol! This Jeopardy game is also great to use during the Easter season (Las Pascuas), as it includes Easter/Semana Santa/Carnaval questions!
There are over 15 embedded sounds and more than 30 images. Please feel free to modify this presentation to best meet the needs of your classes.
Categories include: Easter/Semana Santa, General Vocabulary (easy and advanced questions), Spanish-speaking countries/capitals, grammar questions, verb conjugations, Spanish-speaking countries/culture, error correction, preterite and imperfect tenses, and Who Am I? descriptions of famous people and TV characters (Shrek, Spider Man, etc.).
All of the questions can be easily modified to meet the needs of your classes!
There are 5 categories for the regular Jeopardy round, 5 categories for Double Jeopardy, and a Final Jeopardy question and answer included.
There is one Daily Double (with sound effects) for the regular Jeopardy round and there are 2 Daily Doubles included in the Double Jeopardy round. The final Jeopardy question is timed with the music just like the gameshow on TV!
Also, there is an applause sound effect that can be triggered when the students answer questions correctly.
There are instructions for how to play and modify this Jeopardy game in the NOTES section at the bottom of each of the Power Point slides. In addition, there are game instructions (pdf documents) written in English and in Spanish included with this game. (These are also available FREE in the sparkenthusiasm store on TPT!)
