BOO! is a fun and engaging way for students to practice reading sight words; my students beg to play it! It can be played with the teacher or independently with other students. This file contains eight sets of full-color haunted house cards that correspond to the first 100 and second 100 sight words, as well as complete directions on how to play. Each set contains 25 sight words card, 3 BOO! cards, and 3 Casper cards. Print off on cardstock, laminate, and cut, and you're ready to play.

I have taught in public schools for 15 years. I have experience in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade, but have also worked with children in K, 4th, and 5th. I spent two years teaching a bilingual class, and four teaching ESL. Two evenings a week, I teach as an adjunct professor at the local university; working with pre-service teachers and teachers continuing their education on how to incorporate second language strategies into their classroom instruction.
