The Common Core State Standards can be a little intimidating at first glance. Once you get to the bare bones however, the standards can really help teachers focus on what students need and ensure that they are challenged. Digging through the jargon and background is quite a task, so I created a "User Friendly" version without all of the padding and extra information. This is an easy way to familiarize yourself with the standards and is great to use as a parent guide for those who have questions. (I hand it out at Open House and the parents love it.) I made it a little "cutsie" in the hopes that it would inform parents without overwhelming them. (Cute clipart makes anything less scary, don't you think?) This single user version is for use by one teacher to distribute to his/her classroom. A District-wide, multiple user version is also available in my store.

Morning,
I looked into updating my Adobe reader and even asked my computer tech about it. The writing still isn't showing up. Let me know if you can help : ) Thanks
If you look on the FAQ page, TPT walks you through this problem - you probably just need to update your Adobe Reader. Let me know if it works!

Is your material not appropriate for a MAC? When I downloaded it, the area where words are, only appear as black spaces. My adobe reader is up to date.
All of my items are both Mac and PC friendly. Here's a link to a seller's blog post that should solve your problem. Let me know if it helps!

Hi--I am trying to follow the directives for "blurry" downloading issues, but continue to have problems. I would really love to use this. Any suggestions?

I had another teacher tell me about a site that had common core objectives. The site had a picture of them attached to a ribbon and displayed on the classroom wall. Are these just a parent list or can they be used on an objective board?
These are just the list - I know Deanna Jump has kindergarten and first grade posters like the ones you mean, I'm not sure if she's done second grade, but you might want to check out her store. Good Luck!
