The handout includes greetings, expressions of courtesy, phrases for negotiating meaning, questions, and commands. Use the handout as a study guide or reference in class or on the job, or to teach a lesson or workshop on Spanish for customer service – either for service providers or for travelers. The pronunciation guide (see also the free "Saying & Understanding" handout) trains English speakers to both understand and speak Latin American Spanish.
