This is a science-based Readers' Theater for 1st, 2nd or 3rd grade. The play is written for 25 students, but parts can be split, combined or shared to fit your class size and abilities. The premise of the play is to present the commonly misunderstood bat in a new light, showcasing the bat's helpfulness and uniqueness in child-friendly language. Parts range from low to high abilities, allowing you to fit your students' individual comfort levels.
