I love your products and believe me, so do my students. We are doing your greenhouse craft from your plants unit right now! They love to observe and record their findings on the bean sprout. Well, I waited for your bats unit to go on sale, but so glad to have finally purchased this. I can't wait to prep this for next fall to teach my students all about bats. Sometimes different computers do that and I really am not sure why! There are a couple things you can try though! First, make sure it is opening in Adobe and not in preview. If it is opened in Adobe go to file, save AS, pdf, and save from there. If that doesn't work go to the 'finder' on your computer where all of your downloads are automatically stored, find the bats file, drag it to your desktop, and save from there! Let me know if you need any more help!
