This game is similiar to BAM. It includes phrase cards based on Dr. Edward Fry's First 100 instant words. *****I have also listed a bundled set which includes all 6 games (First 100-Sixth 100)
Rules of the Game:
Place Cards in a bucket or bag. Each child draws a card and reads the phrase, If they read it correctly, they keep the card. A strikeout card means they have to put all of the cards back in the bag. A stolen base card means they can take a phrase card from another player. Place the "Special" cards to the side after they have been used.
The phrase cards can also be used for fluency practice. I often time students to see how many phrases they can read in a minute.
