This multi-level station is wonderful for building fluency. It is grounded in the research of Dr. Tim Rasinski.
This is also a great way to progress monitor your students through the RTI model of interventions.
My students LOVE the "Time-Me" station. Switching these cards to match your theme will help keep your station fresh and engage your kindergartners and first grade students.

My students enjoy the timed station as well. We even had our principal come in and we timed him. I have used words before, and I like the idea of adding the phrases. A wonderful way to "mix it up" for the end of the year. -Thanks.

I purchased the Beach party station. Do you cut each page into cards or do you keep it as a whole page?

Hi there... sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I cut them into individual cards. Then I place a set on a ring (binder ring). You can group them by the colors I used, or by colors that match your classroom needs. I hope that helps :-)
