This is an activity I do with my students at the beginning of a semester. It's a simple time capsule activity, where students create something (and/or bring something in from home) to put in the capsule. I usually reopen the time capsule towards the end of that semester.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
Subject Area:
7 years of successful teaching in the Public High School system in NYC. While there, I have taught English to 9th, 10th and 11th graders. In addition I have taught courses in SAT Prep, Media Studies. Digital Photography, Screenwriting and Music Theory. Over the years I have developed a reputation for creative lesson plans, passionate instruction, and excellent classroom management skills.
