This chart is a simple mechanism to encourage children to self-evaluate their behaviour. It breaks the day up into manageable pieces and shows him or her when s/he is doing well. Students can track progress, with the sheet going home to parents. Developed for behaviour management students, it track progress and has proven demonstrated success with primary students.
