Bill of Rights Group Project: Research and create a powerpoint

Have your students apply their knowledge of the Bill of Rights with this high interest project. Students will work in small groups to create a power point presentation of an assigned amendment. I designed this project for sixth graders but it could be explained to higher grade levels. If I were to use this with older students I would have them create a Prezi instead. My students used a Vodcast software to record their power points when complete.

This assignment includes:
-detailed overview with objectives
-outline of all steps of the project for easy lesson planning
-handouts for students to know which amendment they need
-question sheet for students to complete during the research section
-overview of every slide students should create.
