This resource is great for the beginning of the school year. It helps you get to know your students for who they are outside the classroom walls. The bio-poem can be as simple or as complex as you want to make it, but whatever you choose, it is a ton of fun for teachers and students.

This is my 6th year teaching 5th grade. I spent my first year teaching in Florida, but a move to Georgia has seen me spend my last five years in Houston County at Quail Run Elementary School. I love it there and see myself in that setting for a while.
