The lab that I created tests the height of bird feeders and how this height can become directly related to the amount of food consumed. This is a great lab to conduct for a science fair. I have used this lab with both students and teachers. The bird feeders can be either purchased or made as long as they are the same type. The concepts that this lab addresses are adaptations, the scientific method, community, population, and conducting an experiment.
