It is a horizontal row - not a complete frame. See how I use them in almost all of my TpT product covers.
You'd make them yourself if you had time!
You can ungroup the objects and customize the colors. Add the borders to your documents and powerpoints.
If you like the colors I used, there are JPEGs of each in the zipped folder.
UPDATE: this was my first set.....I'll be resaving the JPEGS with better quality......if you get this, watch for the revised email!

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
