The is a science lab activity used to demonstrate the cause and effect relationship of changing a variable during the scientific method process. In this experiment, the variable is the initial droop height of the bouncing ball. Homework extensions of this activity include creating a data chart of the results, creating sketches of before and after images and creating a bar graph displaying the results.
